We’ve brought you the Herkimer Farmers’ Market ONLINE! Now you can find out ahead of time what will be at the market for the week. Every weekend, you will receive an email notification telling you what will be available at that week’s market. Ordering is open until Wednesday noon every week.

There is no cost to join or obligation to buy. Pay the farmer directly for your order when you pick up at the market on Thursday. Set up an account now!

Our fresh Singing Goat Feta is made from pasteurized goat's milk and handcrafted in small batches. We pack each quarter round in brine, which not only helps keep the cheese for up to six months, but will also intensify its flavor. For those that find feta cheeses lovely, but a little too salty, we recommend that customers place a serving in cold, fresh water for ten minutes before eating to cut the salt flavor in half. Keep refrigerated.
